Hi, I'm Francesca Surace. I'm so happy you stopped by.
I'd like to share some details about myself and what I do in this business and how it may be life-defining. If you're searching for a solution with more flexibility, choices, increased income and like the thought of being your own boss then you've found the perfect spot.

Our product line is Personal Development and Coaching, assisting others to become the best version of themselves.
A little intro about me, I’m 45 years old, mum of 2 beautiful kids. I've worked in the legal industry for 28 years in the area of conveyancing/property law. 15 years ago I started my own conveyancing firm, a traditional business. I have always enjoyed working and being busy, my business provided my family with a good income and I was able to take my kids on overseas holidays, buy new cars and saved for a deposit to buy our home. It took me 4 attempts to save for the deposit but I got there in the end! As much as having my business was rewarding, the days were long, stressful and pressured.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: Even though I had my own business and was happy with what I achieved, I no longer enjoyed the actual job of conveyancing. For many years, I thought that there had to be a better way to make a living. I knew I needed a career change but conveyancing is all I knew. Over the years I completed different courses to try and make the career change like Personal Training, Wellness Coaching, Finance Brokering but none of these really set my soul on fire. I couldn’t decide what I wanted to do. As strange as it may sound, I applied for a job as a bar attendant at a local hotel. It was fun, like getting paid to go to work and being social. Unlike conveyancing, working at the hotel there was no pressure, nothing stressful other than giving the right change and telling a person they had enough to drink. Quickly this job became mundane and boring as it wasn't stimulating mind, there was no progression or sense of achievement. There had to be a better way and from something I enjoyed.
WHAT LED ME TO SUCCESS: I've always enjoyed learning and areas around personal development and growth, finance and property. I'm not great at sitting down with a book but listening to books has been a great discovery. When I read or listen to a book its about personal development and learning from books like Think & Grow Rich, Unshakeable by Tony Robbins, The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, a book about The Law Of Attraction and there was a concept that I wanted to learn more about. So I got to googling and found myself on a website similar to the one that you're on now. There was something about it that made me pop in my details and the rest as they say is history!
THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BOOM: The business that I was led to that day, is the business that I still run today. Representing award winning Personal Development products.
